Black-start is force start genset that the controller do not judge if gensetstart successful or not based on the condition of start successful. Thesystem has the ability to start a generator set start driving without self-starting capability of generating units, and gradually expand the scope ofsystem recovery, and ultimately recover from the whole system.

黑啟動是指整個系統(tǒng)因故障停運后，系統(tǒng)全部停電(不排除孤立小電網(wǎng)仍維持運行處于全“黑”狀態(tài)，不依賴別的網(wǎng)絡幫助，通過系統(tǒng)中具有自啟動能力的發(fā)電機組啟動，帶動無自啟動能力的發(fā)電機組，逐漸擴大系統(tǒng)恢復范圍，最終實現(xiàn)整個系統(tǒng)的恢復。
